GCB Real Estate acquired the building in 2005, and completed a significant renovation shortly thereafter. We rented an office space from Capital Executive Offices at the end of 2022. Our business, LG Alliance, LLC is a commercial production and digital media company. We needed more space and added an extra office, shortly after moving in the first office. Since then, we have rented a bigger space verses (2) smaller offices and this has worked very well for us. Our Property Manager is GCB and Jordan Blanton is our contact person/landlord. He has been very accommodating and flexible in these transitions. Capital Executive Offices is in a great area, very professional looking building inside and out, with a big parking space and fair in price. Inside there is everything that you would need for your business. It has been a pleasure working in this building and working with Jordan and his team.
