Gregory Blanton

Greg Blanton began his career over four decades ago, and initially worked in the construction industry. After learning the ropes in the construction trades, he decided to further his career by pursuing licenses in real estate sales, and general contracting. He also studied mechanical engineering, while simultaenously operating his own construction business.
Since the beginning, he has exercised great skill and care in advising clients of all types. He has worked with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in achieving their real estate objectives. He specializes in advising industrial users due to his background in the construction industry. He is adept at finding ways to tailor existing buildings to meet the needs of industrial users.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and piloting airplanes.
Jennie Blanton
Administrator
Jennie Blanton joined GCB Real Estate in 2012 shortly after graduating from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Prior to this, she had worked in construction management and accounting.
Her previous work experiences make her a skilled negotiator, with a knack for finding just the right property for her clients.
Today, Jennie mostly works behind the scenes on accounting and compliance issues.
When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, home improvement, and spending time with her granddaughter.
Jordan Blanton

Jordan Blanton joined GCB Real Estate shortly after graduating from the College of Charleston in 2012.
Jordan specializes in office and industrial product types, and has advised clients in sales and leasing transactions. He has also worked with investors in acquiring and disposing of investment properties in accordance with their investment objectives.
Additionally, Jordan is the director of the property management team at GCB Real Estate is responsible for lease administration, work order management, tenant relations, and accounting.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys improv comedy, boating adventures, and playing with his dog.
