Greg Blanton is a real estate industry veteran with over four decades of experience in the real estate and construction industries. By combining his knowledge of the building process with his knowledge of real estate markets, he is able to provide unparalleled insights to his clients.
He began his career in 1982 in the construction industry, and initially worked for a prominent local site work company. After learning the ropes, he decided to further his education in construction and real estate by pursuing licenses in real estate sales, and general contracting.
After receiving his licenses, he decided to open his own construction company called Pepperdam Construction Company.
Then, in 2005 he opened GCB Real Estate in order to assist others with the acquisition, management, and disposition of commercial and industrial properties across the Lowcountry.
Over the years he has advised buyers, sellers, tenants, and owners in all stages of development, construction, and property ownership.
Jordan Blanton

Jordan Blanton is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with a passion for helping clients achieve their property objectives. He earned his bachelor’s degree in 2012 from the College of Charleston, where he honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and business management. Shortly after graduating, he went to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors to obtain his training for licensing.
Since then, Jordan has assisted commercial clients in buying, selling, and leasing office and industrial properties.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jordan enjoys exploring his creative side through improv comedy, a hobby that keeps him quick-witted and adaptable, qualities that serve him well in the dynamic real estate market. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, boating, and traveling.
Jennie Blanton
Sales Agent
Jennie Blanton is a compassionate and knowledgeable real estate advisor who has a knack for finding just the right property for her clients. She began her real estate career in 2012 after attending real estate courses at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, and joined GCB shortly thereafter.
Since joining GCB, she has assisted clients in leasing, buying and selling commercial properties. She is also responsible for accounting, and oversees our property management services.
When she has spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time with her dogs.
