BBA PUMPS

Originally built in 2021, this project was a build to suit project for a pump manufacturing company. We worked with the tenant to modify the designs to accomodate their specific uses. Modifications included larger drive in doors, expanding the office areas, and moving the truck dock to increase operational efficency.
